This free support group is a space where we unpack the breastfeeding journey—without pressure, without shame. Whether you're nursing, pumping, formula-feeding, or still deciding, “Breast is Best? Let’s Talk About It.” is a conversation-driven circle where we explore what works, what doesn’t, and why it’s all valid. We’ll discuss common breastfeeding myths, share lived experiences, and create a safe community for support no matter where you are on your feeding journey. This group is for any mother seeking information, clarity, and nonjudgmental community around one of the most personal choices in motherhood.
